Noleigh's Birthday

Sorry I haven't had a chance to post in a while. We have had a lot going on. In June, we went to my sisters for Noleigh's birthday. We had such a great time! We got there on Monday, the 16th of June and stayed until Friday. During that week we just enjoyed spening time with her and her family. For Noleigh's birthday, Abby just made that day so special. It started with a birthday breakfast of pancakes and strawberries. After breakfast the kids had a chance to play. We went bowling in the afternoon. It was hilarious because Hiram had one of the highest scores! That crazy kid. He just chucked the ball down the lane and did pretty good! After bowling we went to Rita's Ice for a sweet treat. We then went home and the kids opened presents and Noleigh LOVED All the gifts she got. She was so excited! To top it all off we had a very interesting spaghetti dinner. Abby had the idea that we should eat dinner using our hands. They wrapped the table in saran wrap and all of us just slapped our dinner down on the table and ate with our hands. It was so much fun and Noleigh just thought it was the best dinner ever. She truly loved it. After we had ice cream cake and sang Happy Birthday. It was a wonderful day for her. We left Abby's on that Friday.

Dan had been in Japan during that time, and came home the Saturday after we got home. That Monday we took Noleigh to get her ears pierced. She was so brave and didn't even cry! She did such a good job. I was really proud of her. Now she has her pretty earings!

What a cool birthday. I'm sure that's one that will go in the history book of Noleigh's life that she'll always remember.
I really like the spaghetti dinner with hands.

I can't believe she's all grown up, with her ears pierced and everything! *Sob*
